Shipping Policy within the United States

For all International Customers outside of the United States, we are not accepting returns for all international sales made from dasorocompany.com. All international sales are final, non-returnable, and are not eligible for a refund.

General Overview

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or if you received an item that you did not order or the item was damaged, please email or call us anytime. All returns for any reason must have prior authorization from our customer service team otherwise it will not be processed.

Customer service is not available over the weekend so please allow 24-48hrs for us to respond. 

Any items received without prior authorization or without a return shipping label emailed by our customer service team will be returned at your expense. 

How long does shipping take? 

It typically takes between 3-7 days for your items to be delivered.

After I shipped my return item, how long will it take to process the exchange or refund? 

Once we have received your returned order, please allow 5-10 business days for processing your refund and allow 3-7 business days for your exchange to be delivered. 

Will you pay my Return Shipping?

Yes! dasoro does free shipping on returns and exchanges.  We will provide a return label if you’ve received a damaged item, or an item you did not order. We will email you a return label for your products, but you must email us or call us to receive your label. 

Any items sent back by your own method, damaged or not, will NOT receive shipping credit.

Shipping Return Packages

Please ship your return items back using the return shipping label provided upon emailing customer service. We pay for the return label and the package must be trackable for us to process the return. We are not responsible for return packages until they are tracked in our door. Email us anytime or call us for more information.

PLEASE NOTE. We can only email return labels, they cannot be mailed.
